The lens is in excellent condition with barely any signs of use and works like new. The only thing worth noting is that about half year ago it fell from a small height, which caused a few scratches on the lens cap and a slight dent in the plastic ring around the front element. This ring is actually decorative and can be replaced if you can. The glass itself is untouched and looks like new. There are a few tiny dust particles inside (not sand). The zoom operates very smoothly, image stabilization is excellent, and autofocus is instant. Comes with both caps.
